  • For billing issues, include the purchase platform and any relevant receipt details.

Safety and Community Help

SunnahSwipe is for respectful, intentional matchmaking. Do not send money to people you meet through the app, share private information too quickly, or continue a conversation that makes you feel unsafe. Use in-app block and report tools when available, and email us if you need help.

If a situation involves immediate danger, physical threats, self-harm, sexual exploitation, stalking, blackmail, or another emergency, contact local emergency services first.
