• Matchmaking information: likes, passes, matches, Soul Selections inputs, compatibility preferences, filters, prompts, interests, and interaction history.
• Communications: messages, reports, support requests, feedback, safety disclosures, and communications with us or other users through the service.
• Verification and safety information: identity, selfie, photo, device, phone, email, moderation, report, and block data used to protect the community.
• Technical information: device type, operating system, IP address, app version, browser type, identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, cookies, and analytics events.
• Payment information: subscription status, purchase history, receipts, and limited billing details from payment processors. We do not intentionally store full card numbers.

Matchmaking can involve sensitive information, including religious practice, relationship goals, family plans, personal values, location, photos, and private conversations. You should only add information you are comfortable using for matchmaking and community safety. • Recommend matches, generate Soul Selections, rank compatibility, and improve matchmaking.
• Enable likes, passes, matches, messages, blocks, reports, and safety features.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent harassment, scams, impersonation, threats, exploitation, or harm.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, legal requests, and account deletion requests.
• Send service messages, security notices, product updates, and marketing where permitted.
• Analyze performance, fix bugs, improve features, and develop new services.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and others.

5. AI and Automated Features

SunnahSwipe may use automated systems, including AI-powered matching, to suggest compatible users, generate or rank Soul Selections, moderate content, detect suspicious behavior, and improve the service. Automated outputs are not guarantees of compatibility, religious suitability, character, safety, or future relationship outcomes. Use your own judgment, involve trusted family or advisors when appropriate, and report concerning behavior.

6. How Information Is Shared

• With other users: profile details, photos, prompts, preferences, match status, and messages may be shown to other users as part of the service.
• With service providers: hosting, analytics, email, SMS, push notifications, payment, customer support, moderation, security, and infrastructure vendors may process data for us.
• For safety and legal reasons: we may share information when needed to respond to reports, prevent harm, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, comply with law, or protect users.
• Business transfers: information may be transferred if SunnahSwipe is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your private messages. If privacy laws define certain analytics or advertising activities as a "sale" or "sharing," you may have rights to opt out where those laws apply.

SunnahSwipe is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location. We take steps designed to protect information consistent with this policy and applicable law.
